About Vivek Sivaram

In my current role, I am the Regional Head - South India for Capsave Finance. I was an independent consultant prior to taking up my current role. Earlier I did Sales Enablement for Channel led business for HPE Financial Services, Asia Pacific & Japan and also did roles in HPEFS Singapore involving the Go-To-Market strategy and Business Development of the Printing & Personal Systems side of HP’s business. In India, I worked as the Country Manager – Business Strategy for HP Financial Services, India. My primary responsibility was to help prepare the County Operating Plan and ensure its effective implementation. My role also included Business Developmental efforts, Channel Management and Relationship Management with the various HP business units. In my earlier assignment, I was with Cisco Capital as the National Business Manager for Enterprise and Global Accounts. Here, I was responsible for managing and generating business from high touch accounts. Prior to this, I used to manage the Commercial business, which was predominantly channel driven. Before my stint with captive leasing companies, I was with an independent Leasing and Hire Purchase company, Sundaram Finance. In my 10 years here I handled several functions including Credit Analysis, Lease Pricing, Sales, Business Development and Strategy. During my time in sales, I have had the experience of handling a team across the country.
