I am an Administrative Assistant at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where I manage complex portfolios with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, with a major in Accounting and Finance. I have also earned multiple certifications in SQL, Project Management, and Power BI to enhance my skills and knowledge. Since joining the company in August 2021, I have streamlined processes, created innovative solutions, and driven operational efficiency across three key portfolios: Group Mediclaim, Asset Insurance, and Manpower. I have coordinated and data flowed across multiple teams, conducted awareness meetings, published monthly MIS reports, managed end-to-end claim processes, coordinated with insurance companies, ensured seamless asset and workforce management, and managed over 30 vendors. I take pride in my ability to create and maintain an efficient and productive work environment while maintaining a strong focus on employee satisfaction.
