About Vivian Speck

I started my professional life long before I had to choose a profession. When I was 13 I decided to work on weekends at a restaurant close to home, at 15 I set up a babysitting agency and at 17 I sold anything that came my way. I've always been restless, with a desire to explore new opportunities and, without a doubt, make money from it. However, I decided to study journalism because I was always told how good I was at communication, how I got along with people and how quickly I was able to break the ice and develop fluid conversations. While I was in college, I decided to venture into an exchange program and explore the English language even more. After a year away, I returned to Brazil, and as I love to improve my knowledge, I started teaching English with the intention of learning each time and also not getting rusty. Until then, I let life lead me down professional paths without any planning. I was taken to work on board for 15 days on the high seas in a totally new and unexplored area: maritime life as a radio operator. I developed skills to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, deal with the cultural differences of each individual and constantly contribute to the improvement of the organization's processes. After 10 years working in different areas of knowledge, letting "destiny" take care of my professional life, I realized what really makes my heart beat: people. I became a coach, perfected active listening, learned about behavioral profiling, saboteurs, studied various tools and ways to make people achieve their most diverse goals. For three years now, I've been improving myself in the area of ​​projects and agility. My training and my professional experiences associated with my coach profile bring great value to managing processes, projects and, above all, people. I have an ability to read behavior, which helps in the development of engagement strategies, thus generating dynamic management capable of permeating the levels of the organization, and thereby building a favorable environment for the continuous improvement process.
