Currently working as OPD General Nurse for more than 3 years in a JCIA Accredited Facility, who was assigned in General Surgery and Bariatric Surgery Clinics. Mainly assessing patient and getting vital signs before consultation, Assisting Doctor during consultation/procedures done as OP such as dressing, excision, incision and drainage and removal of nail plate, Carrying out Doctor’s Orders such as admitting patients, doing IV infusions, injections, getting blood samples, ECG, Calling patients for appointment booking, test and radiology procedures, follow ups, laboratory and radiology reports, Sends approvals for inpatient and outpatient tests and procedure to insurance department, Admits patients for surgery and medical management to inpatient department thru proper and correct endorsement, Coordinating with healthcare team involved, does health teaching to every patients, Does Home visits and onsite swabbing for PCR tests, blood tests and IV infusions, Sends used instruments to CSSD for sterilization.
