I am a highly adaptable and results-driven professional with a diverse background spanning IT, Hospitality Management, Automotive Sales, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. After several years in IT, I transitioned to the hospitality sector, where I successfully built a strong foundation in customer service, equipping me with the skills to thrive in high-pressure environments and exceed client expectations. In February 2023, I shifted my focus to automotive sales, joining Mildura Motor Holdings (MMH) as a Sales Executive. I gained extensive experience managing various car brands, including Chery, and later moved to Bedggoods Motor Group. Leveraging my automotive sales expertise, I transitioned into the finance sector, and I am currently working as a Finance Specialist at Ausloans Mildura. In addition, I am the proud franchise owner of Jim’s Car Detailing in Winter Valley / Ballarat, where I oversee operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers. Driven by a continuous desire to learn and grow, I am committed to delivering exceptional service and achieving success in every role I take on.
