Hi, I’m Vlad. I’m an Applications Engineering Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where I lead a talented team of application engineers within the Operations department. Together, we bridge the gap between development and field engineers, ensuring we deliver the right products and solutions while addressing customer concerns with top-tier expertise. Since 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through several roles at Siemens—from QA Engineer intern to Applications Engineer, Product Owner, and now Engineering Manager. Each role has helped me build a diverse skill set and contribute to impactful, cross-functional projects. I’m passionate about agile methodologies and continuously seek innovative ways to solve complex problems. I’ve led initiatives to improve product delivery and team performance, enhancing the quality of our software. I also collaborated with a second team for over a year to streamline processes and scale operations using agile practices. One of my proudest achievements was initiating an intrapreneurial project with a cross-functional team to develop a simple, scalable sensor deployment solution for industrial applications.
