I’m a husband and father first who focuses on upholding our family values of intentionality, integrity, and intensity with whatever I do. I’m passionate about being challenged beyond my comfort zone. I thrive in creating and improving processes while being a firm believer that being comfortable being uncomfortable unlocks innovation that no one has ever seen. I have spent the first decade of my early career building an expertise in casualty insurance with a focus on auto and general liability claims. I am gaining new skills and evolving current skills with my MBA for the sole purpose of creating and driving value whenever and wherever I am.
