I’m currently Head of UX & Product Design and co-owner at Candeno, a fast-growing SaaS platform helping thousands of job seekers, public-sector partners and educational institutions navigate employment and digital strategy. I’ve been with Candeno from the early days - growing with the team from just 4 founders to 50 employees, and expanding our presence across multiple countries. Previously serving as CXO, I’ve taken part in shaping the business strategy, product, brand, and customer experience at every stage of our growth. I thrive at the intersection of UX, design, technology, and business strategy. My approach blends strategic design thinking with product intuition.
