About Vladimir Lang

I am a finance professional with over eight years of experience with complex projects focused on business valuation, financial analysis, financial planning and financial modeling. Currently, I work as a Strategic Finance Manager at Azerion, a scaled platform that serves the interests of advertisers, digital publishers, game creators, and consumers. In this role, I work closely with the Group CFO who directly leads the Strategic Finance team focused on long-term planning for ongoing growth and development. I manage projects that reimagine the current processes and introduce innovative solutions that help the organization make informed decisions and achieve its goals. During my tenure at KPMG and PwC I worked with clients in diverse industries such as industrial production, services, energy, real estate, utilities, and others. My focus was on business and real estate valuation, as well as valuation of intangible assets. I delivered services to clients located in Europe, with a focus on the Czech Republic and Central Europe. I supported the clients during transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, litigations and internal restructurings. I hold a degree in Finance from The Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Prague University of Economics and Business, and I studied Corporate Finance at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. I am a CFA charterholder.
