PRINTRONIX – Resolved recurring penalties assessed by multiple state sales tax authorities by designing and implementing a solution that eliminated future penalties, taking into account local tax district rates throughout the US compounded by complex contract and billing structures; automated the process and eliminated 97% of errors. ALLERGAN – During an SAP version upgrade IT discovered the legacy HR Benefits System was incompatible only weeks before the start of the 2008 Open Enrollment Period. Took on the mission-critical project requiring conversion to the new BSP technology platform and completed the conversion including user training within two months, just before the start of Open Enrollment. GATEWAY (ACER) – Developed a custom application adopted by warehouse management able to track every production unit by scanning pallet serial numbers. Dramatically improved inventory control and established collaborative partnership between IT and warehouse management teams.
