Over the years, I’ve worked extensively on platforms like Partner Center, Admin Center, and Azure Portal, helping partners and enterprise customers navigate complex processes and technical challenges with confidence. In my current role, I work closely with Microsoft Enterprise/MCA Direct & Indirect Customers and Partners, as well as other strategic stakeholders, providing tailored billing and technical solutions in Azure. My focus includes efficiently resolving escalated issues, driving alignment within the S500 Strategic Ranger/Azure Rapid Response (ARR) scope, and delivering high-priority initiatives. Additionally, I’ve been recognized for my mentorship contributions within the Azure Billing and Subscription Management team, where I have supported and guided new hires through onboarding and skill development, helping them achieve their goals and integrate seamlessly into the team. My certifications in Azure, Office365, Power Platform, and Dynamics CRM & ERP reflect my commitment to continuous learning and growth. Over the last few years, I’ve specialized in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models, building on my technical expertise to deliver exceptional results for customers and partners.
