With an MBA degree from Siena College, I am a Program Coordinator for the ROTC department at the same institution. I handle various administrative and operational tasks, such as managing calendars and events, overseeing the annual budget, and supervising work study students. I leverage my strategic management skills to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's programs and processes. I also bring a wealth of experience in operational leadership from my previous role as a Captain in the U.S. Army. I drove multifaceted programs, implemented operational processes, and ensured seamless execution. I also demonstrated expertise in program analysis, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration. Some of my notable achievements include overseeing digital training management systems, ensuring rapid deployment readiness, and rewriting standard operations procedures. I possess a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and multiple awards and certificates from my military service. I am passionate about mentoring and developing others, and I aspire to pursue a career in strategic consulting or project management.
