About Vlasis Terzis

HR professional with a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a certified Associate CIPD member. With 5 years of experience in both public and private sector organisations across Greece and the UK, I have developed a strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, organisational policies, HR systems, and employment law. I am particularly passionate about implementing process improvements and creating on-the-job training guides that enhance organisational efficiency while empowering employees with essential skills. Additionally, in the past I participated in a working group focused on integrating AI into HR practices. I can recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiencies and reduce costs, allowing organisations to prioritise the well-being and development of their employees. My ability to build effective relationships at all levels of an organisation, coupled with my skills in addressing a diverse range of people management matters, makes me thrive in varied environments. I am well-versed in HR management and ticketing systems, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the HR landscape to every role I undertake. I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals and sharing insights to cultivate a vibrant HR community.
