I write and I translate. Magazines, blogs, even a website copy here and there. First of all, I'm a motoring journalist, with occasional jaunt towards other topics. Since 2015, my articles were published in various outlets, including but not limited to: TopGear and Autocar (Czech versions) Finmag TheTruthAboutCars.com Penize.cz I also created motoring enthusiast magazine Autickar.cz, which I turned into the most successful independently-owned car magazine in Czechia before ultimately selling it to focus on the role of Editor-in-Chief at Here, I covered the successes of ŠKODA's rally team as well as many other rally and automotive related topics, overseeing the creation of several hundred articles over the course of the year and writing many of them myself. This also brings me to the "commercial" side of my career. I've created copy for various clients, from blog and magazine articles to running whole blogs or writing texts for websites or eshops. Once again, Škoda counts among my most important clients, with others including Ionity (https://blog.ionity.eu/), OlifeEnergy, Praga Global, Moser Glassworks, T-Mobile, Boost.space and other companies. I do a lot of my work in cooperation with Logos Agency. The last huge part of my work is translation. Starting as a translator in 2005, when I became the main translator for Czech edition of Autocar, later adding TopGear, Speed and F1 Racing magazines to the list of my clients. About 10 years ago, I also started translating from Czech to English, mostly for Škoda (including being the sole translator of since 2018), but also for other companies, including Moser Glassworks, OlifeEnergy, Praga Global or Boost.space. Thanks to having a great proofreader, I'm able to guarantee a professional, native-level outcome both from English to Czech and from Czech to English. I'm also able to do social media and community management, although typically as support to my writing work. I'm a fairly skilled photographer, which I mostly use to support my magazine articles.
