I am an experienced Client Service and Provider Relations Specialist with a strong foundation in business, finance, and healthcare service delivery. With over a decade of progressive experience across the financial and healthcare sectors in Lesotho, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge, relationship management expertise, and a passion for improving client and provider engagement. Currently serving as a Provider Relations Consultant at Metropolitan Health Lesotho, I lead key initiatives focused on onboarding and supporting healthcare service providers, managing stakeholder relationships, resolving disputes, and enhancing service delivery for both providers and members. My role requires high-level communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—qualities I have refined over the years through consistent frontline and leadership exposure. Prior to this, I worked with Metropolitan Lesotho for over seven years, progressing from a Client Service Consultant to a Senior Client Service Consultant. My responsibilities included managing customer experience, developing key client relationships, and improving service outcomes. I also have experience in banking, having worked with FNB Lesotho as a Settlement Specialist, where I handled treasury operations, SWIFT payments, liquidity reports, and regulatory compliance. My academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the National University of Lesotho, where I graduated as the Best Student in 2014 with First Class. I later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management from MANCOSA, graduating with an average of 70.5%. In addition to these qualifications, I’ve completed multiple professional development courses, including short programs in Strategic Partnerships, Leadership and People Management, and Customer Service through Udemy, Regent Business School, and Quadrant World Class Training. Throughout my career, I have remained driven by a passion to serve with integrity, build strong professional relationships, and foster growth through collaboration.
