Organizing laboratories according to the organizational chart approved by management positon; Defining the organizational chart by laboratory position; Defining the job structure; Establishing every job’s responsabilities and minimum competence requirements (Job Description); Sizing the necessary personnel for defined positions; Attesting the laboratories according to applicable legislation and specific procedures of Romanian Bureau of Legal Metrology; Implementing, compliance, and maintaining a quality management system within laboratories’ activity in accordance with SR EN ISO/CEI 17025. Technical regulation of laboratories’ activity: Regulating the management system of metrology laboratory; Defining mechanical tests and chimical analysis methods; Organizing, coordinating and performing current activities within activity field: Monitoring the fulfillment method for responsabilities of subordinate staff; Supervizing subordinate staff; Approving, from a technical point of view, the purchase of measuring instruments; Drawing up The Annual Program of metrology calibration/verification within the company; Human Resources Management: Allotting of staff according to established responsabilities in order to perform activities; Initiates recuitment methods in order to ensure the necessary number of employees; Evaluation of subordinated staff; Indentifying training needs for subordinate staff and providing training forms. Material resources management: Allotting necessary material resources to be used within the laboratories’ activities; Maintaining and updating the inventory of fixed assets and inventory items; Initiating cassation, when necessary. Monitoring the volume of tasks performed by staff: Establishing and implementing the monitoring methods; Periodicaly analysis of the volume of tasks performed by staff; Establishing and implementing improving methods for the volume of tasks performed by staff; Monitoring current costs: Establishing and implementing cost monitoring methods; Periodicaly cost analysis; Controlling necessary procurement contracts: The negotiation of procurement contracts, from technical and commerercial point of view; Maintaining under control contracts pursuant to procedurals’ stipulations in force. Organizing and performing of administrative activities (timekeeping, correspondence, supplies). Organizing periodicaly trainings on work protection and emergency situations pursuant to applicable regulations.
