As an innovative marketing professional with experience in the insurance, fintech and product sales industries, I have a strong background in advancing data-driven results and consistent campaign optimization (CRO and A/B testing) while harnessing the power of new ideas and cutting-edge technology. In my role with the Horizon 3 Innovation Center, which operates as a start-up, I have led D2C and B2B go-to-market strategies for Bivvy pet insurance as it transitioned from product incubation to scaled growth life stages. Additionally, I have directed marketing efforts for fintech solution Personal Assistant, an incubated product within our innovation center. More specifically, I lead advertising creative, site content and UX/UI design, email marketing, social media, brand strategy and SEO. Merging data analytics with creative campaign ideas, I've been able to actualize marketing strategies that move the needle. Across all products, I have a proven track record of hitting my demand generation and retention KPIs within both D2C and B2B channels. As an experienced team leader of direct reports and vendor partners and as a colleague, I champion those around me as we work towards our common goals.
