Hi everyone! I’m Vronika, I am a goal-oriented and diligent professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging corporate environment. I am a Human Resources Generalist. My dual graduation program in Human Resources and Public Relations & Communication Management from McGill University in conjunction with work experience has prepared me to leverage my knowledge and skills to help deliver an organization’s goals with efficacy. Currently, I am thriving in my role as a junior Human Resources Generalist and Social Media Manager. My strong understanding of trends, diplomacy, and ability to communicate and engage with individuals guides me to perform well in my role. Creating engagement through content and human interaction increases brand visibility allowing me to foster meaningful connections with our audience/co-workers. This role made me a strong independent researcher and an empathetic listener. My tenure as a communication assistant at McGill University furnished me with the expertise to craft impactful messages, manage stakeholder relationships, and perform administration duties. Designing marketing campaigns reinforced my creative acumen and adept at utilizing both written and verbal communication to understand and convey messages clearly and compellingly. I thrive in collaborative and challenging environments, finding gratification in collaborating with teams to achieve mutual business objectives.
