I manage a host of portfolios including Corporate Affairs Business Commercial Corporate Finance Risk Management Legal and Compliance among others while also looking after the overall Business Operations of the group. Self-driven growth-oriented professional-turned-intrapreneur with an ability to turn challenges into opportunities. With a deep-rooted interest in numbers I began my professional journey as a math professor for various private coaching classes post which I made a career shift into the Finance function. It was my successful career in this field that paved the way for an entrepreneurial spirit that makes me constantly strive for the new and innovative. I have a rich corporate background spanning over 15 years covering Reliance Infocomm to Group M and finally IdeateLabs amongst others. My ability to achieve beyond what is imagined possible is the defining force for my leadership. In my early days at Reliance Infocomm I was responsible for automating and setting up internal processes for procurement of Broadband Products and Services. At GroupM I was the core team member for the Specialist Units (all non-print) and was the lead in setting up the Commercial and MIS processes as well as automating multiple functions that were traditionally manually driven. I joined IdeateLabs as a Finance Manager. My ability to over-perform instantly gave me the competitive edge to be a game changer. In a short span of 6 years I was promoted to join the board of the company. Thus began my entrepreneurial journey. Being a business partner coupled with my rich corporate experience I am proficient in all aspects of building and running a business.
