About Vsevolod Ivanov

Over the past 15 years in engineering I've designed and developed high-performance UIs, engineered distributed backends, and led an infrastructure team that manages infrastructure to a product deployed worldwide. Additionally, I have experience in establishing support processes for the product I am responsible. In the last 5 years, I transitioned into management, leading two teams (10 people at the peak): 1. The Core Technologies team is responsible for our rendering engine and real-time data synchronisation. The Infrastructure team that ensures our availability & reliability. For both teams I had to step up and lead not only the team but also our roadmap and participate in solving technical challenges. As a manager, my primary focus has been aligning my teams with our core priorities: elevating our product, serving existing customers, and supporting sales efforts. I believe it is important that every team member finds purpose in their projects, from inception to production. Beyond the professional realm, I study music and run marathons, and learn being a father.
