About Vt Ramasamy

With over 20 years of experience as an accounts professional, I bring deep expertise in branch accounting, monthly reconciliations, and end-to-end management of accounts payable and receivable. I have consistently led initiatives to drive process automation and operational efficiency across vendor and customer workflows. My key contributions include reducing vendor invoice turnaround time through ERP to SAP S4 Hana integration, enabling near real-time vendor payments via direct bank connectivity, accelerating dealer onboarding with Salesforce, and implementing 100% RTGS acceptance to ensure same-day customer payment credits. As the branch-level lead for SAP S4 Hana implementation, I managed critical data migration efforts and introduced OCR-based vendor bill processing to streamline record-to-report cycles. Recognized for being a straightforward, policy-focused professional and assertive communicator, I bring a strong sense of balance to my work. My core values—trust, collaboration, productivity, confidence, and talent—have helped me stay aligned with meaningful roles, while my strengths in adaptability, negotiation, self-discipline, teamwork, and time management have empowered me to overcome challenges and deliver consistent results.
