About Vusi Madlopha

Vusi is a self-motivated, process driven, consistent achiever, loyal, appreciator of technology! He had extensive rotating equipment training as an engineering technician while working for Metrorail. He then moved to Siemens, as a Project Coordinator, where he learned the skill of managing complex projects, having managed projects for clients such as Sasol, Impala Platinum, Lonmin, and Anglo American Platinum. He then proceeded to assume responsibility for Business Development and Product Sales of Turbomachinery Equipment within Siemens. During this time, Siemens had acquired Dresser-Rand to be part of its growing Oil and Gas portfolio, Vusi managed its new equipment business unit until he decided to pursue a career outside of the corporate world. There he managed to secure contracts from private companies, one being TLT-Turbo Gmbh. He managed projects ranging from Waste water treatment plants to mining. During his tenure at Siemens, he became exposed to multinational colleagues and establish a solid network in Europe, America, India and China. He has a solid network of customers within the Sub-Saharan Africa region, comprising of EPC's, end-users, equipment manufacturers and agents. Vusi is currently studying towards his Master's Degree in Business Administration, with prospects of growing in his career to Executive Level. He enjoys interaction with colleagues and customers in all parts of the world and continues to learn from industry experts.
