Hello everyone! I’m Gabrielle, and I am a strategic and solutions-driven Development Operations Manager at United Way of Greater Kansas City. I specialize in aligning revenue operations, performance analytics, and cross-sector partnerships to advance community impact at scale.In my current role, I partner closely with our UWGKC finance team to streamline and audit diverse revenue streams — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. I develop and interpret key reports and dashboards that empower leadership to make data-informed decisions tied to our fundraising goals. I also support the digital infrastructure behind corporate giving by building and optimizing eCommerce pledge webpages that fuel local generosity for workplace campaigns and events.Beyond the back end, I co-lead marketing activations and manage hospitality logistics for our UWGKC partnership with the Kansas City Current, blending strategic outreach with high-touch community engagement. My work bridges data and storytelling to elevate the donor and partner experience.Before joining United Way, I spent five years with Kauffman Scholars, Inc, where I helped shape post-secondary access strategies for underrepresented students. Additionally, I gained experience in national athletic operations during my time at the NAIA headquarters in Kansas City — deepening my commitment to individual development and organizational excellence.
