As a Senior Customer Success Specialist at ServMask, Inc, I am the first contact point for customers who need assistance with the company's products and services. I have been in this role for over a year and a half, and I enjoy solving problems, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in law and translation, with a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business and Commercial Law from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Law from Thammasat University. I also hold an Attorney-At-Law License issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and multiple EF Standardized English Test certificates. I have been working as a freelance translator for more than 11 years, translating legal and other documents from Thai to English and vice versa. I am proficient in communication, intellectual property, international law, and teamwork. My goal is to leverage my legal and linguistic skills to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to ServMask's growth and success.
