About Wade Call

I help an organization reach it's goals through skilled project management. I am an organized, driven project manager, skilled in creative problem solving. I have lots of experience in process improvement, product introduction, and moving projects from problem statement through solution implementation. I have expertise in a wide variety of business disciplines, from developing product strategy, to business systems optimization and administration. Familiar with the challenges associated with managing without authority, and how to move large and complex projects forward. Highlights- Improving business processes based on core business metrics - Owning the alignment of product strategy to business strategy - Driving multi-departmental teams to accomplish project goals - Optimizing business systems to support business growth and strategy - Experience in NetSuite ERP system administration I take pride in my accomplishments from both a career and personal perspective. I believe in pursuing continual personal growth in knowledge, art, fitness, and community involvement. I am an avid runner, with 5 marathons and 12 ultra-marathons under my belt. I enjoy playing guitar, and after 5+ years of playing, still take lessons to learn new skills (and maybe to also keep myself accountable to continue playing). I live in a wonderful community, and perhaps take the most pride in my work with Active 20-30 club of Petaluma. In 2009 I founded a chapter of this special organization, which supports local under-served youth through volunteer work and fundraising.
