Results-oriented motivated individual that knows first hand the value of starting entry level with little more than a high school diploma and a desire for excellence in any task at hand. During my sixteen years at East Penn manufacturing I went from an entry production machine operator to a supervisor with senior management responsibilities. Along the way attaining many professional certifications and endorsements, and became the go to trainer for Material handling, HAZMAT, Crane operator skills, forklift, stack truck, to name a few. And become capable of fulfilling almost any role within the company when needed. All while establishing myself and my shift as a model of safety and efficiency. I was able to earn the respect and trust of fellow employees, my colleagues and superiors. With an outstanding reputation of reliability and drive to help everyone succeed in a safe understanding manner, I served as safety liaison and the emergency response team member for the entire company on my shift. I never compromised on fulfilling the demands of my position, company policies or safety and efficiency of the work environment. I am very computer literate, and proficient many types of software in use in industrial environments and manufacturing. I am extremely well versed on current safety procedures and standards, and was a leader in expanding and implementing company wide improvements and furthering industry compliance. With a drive for constant self improvement and an unending willingness to better support my team members to achieve our goals. I look forward to the new challenges my future will bring and the opportunity to foster the same trust and respect in the workplace relationships in my new endeavor.
