About Wade Fleming

Wade Fleming is currently serving as CFO of Polyco overseeing all accounting and finance functions.Prior to Polyco, Wade joined IT Convergence in 2015 as Controller, providing stability and leadership to a fast-changing organization. Within his first 6 months at IT Convergence, Wade oversaw the successful re-engineer of the company’s ERP system (Oracle), significantly improving the company's ability to consolidate foreign subsidiaries and enhancing the global financial reporting package. As Controller, Wade was responsible for the global day-to-day activities of all accounting functions and financial reporting of the IT Convergence platform.Prior to joining IT Convergence, Wade was Controller of Greenleaf Power, Corporate Controller of Jensen Precast, and previously, Controller and Chief Compliance Officer of Niotan, Inc. While at Niotan, Wade implemented processes and controls surrounding Niotan's supply chain to ensure raw materials were responsibly sourced from conflict-free areas in Africa. Wade also assisted with the sale of Niotan to KEMET Corporation in 2012. Prior to Niotan, Wade was the Controller of Vitamin Research Products, Inc. and Polyglass USA, Inc, where he provided invaluable assistance and guidance to the owners in the sales of both companies. As Controller of multiple companies, he has gained an in-depth understanding of a wide range of accounting and financial management issues including mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. Further, Wade is experienced in regular interaction with Board level and Private Equity executives.Wade received his Bachelor of Science – Accounting emphasis from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon and started his accounting career at Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit Associate. Wade worked at Grant Thornton for 5 years and left in 2006 after being promoted to Audit Manager.
