As a senior program manager, I bring a unique perspective and resolve challenges by blending a background in physics and process engineering with several years of project and program management. With a focus on continuous improvements and strategic planning, I contribute to efficiency and profitability within an A&D and space manufacturing environment. Impacts of my work include: Turned around a neglected project which led to a 4-year, multi-million-dollar contract for a national defense client. Integrated new lines of (digital) communication after building an online portal to enhance customer communication and collaboration across several manufacturing sites. Supported customers through program changes after a complex acquisition process; absorbed additional operational and leadership responsibilities including communication and internal/external work distribution across 8 manufacturing sites. Previous to my work in manufacturing, I was a research lab technician and participated on high-profile project opportunities including a particle-physics experiment to support the building of a multimillion-dollar detector system that involves lead-fluoride crystals. Others notice that I am proactive in overcoming roadblocks and deliverables by applying strategic, creative, and critical thinking. I am capable of envisioning what does not currently exist as well as uncovering critical details, enabling me to make a strong contribution and offer new perspectives when collaborating and sharing ideas.
