About Wade Sharpe
12 years experience in the machine room as an operator, where I was trained up as a machine tender. I have been a Fiberline supervisor since 2009 where I have multiple responsibilities ranging from training, safety, maintenance, scheduling, to production. I supervise anywhere from a minimum fourteen to over twenty employees at a time that work in all different processes of our mill. As a Fiberline supervisor I over see Chip screens, Digester, 02 Delig, Bleach plant,Chem plant, Machine room, and the Warehouse. I have also spent time as a relief for the Bleach/ Machine team leader and the Digester team leader. Lastly I have also been nightshift co ordinator for the major shutdown at PG Pulp and Paper Mill. Sheft Supervisor at Northwood Pulpmill, where my new duties also include looking after the Woodroom crew. This includes operators on chip and hog piles as well as operators running the track mobile to complete boxcar and chemical switches. Started a new position as an Operations Maintenance Coordinator as of May 2023.
