In the last 10 years I have been providing IT support in international contexts for public (mostly European institutions) as well as private organisations (e.g: Mc Donald’s) on many different applications. I have developed specific expertise in analyzing and handling IT problems raised by the end users as well as solving them at first/second level or escalate them to a higher one when more technical intervention would be required. I am also used to provide coaching and ‘real time’ support to customers helping them in the use of their IT applications. I am also skilled in Black box testing of IT tools and in drafting ‘ad hoc’ IT documentation for end users. I have provided IT assistance for several systems both standard (e.g: MS Office, AS/400) and specific ones (e.g: IT tools used in the European Institutions) proving my flexibility and my willingness to use my support skills for new IT tools. From the organizational point of view I am used to work by project and in teams interacting proficiently at technical (i.e: system developers) and non-technical (i.e: end user) level. I am also used to working in international environment in different languages, mostly in French and English, but occasionally also in Dutch.
