As the Director of Women in Tech (WIT) Hub and Program Manager at Women in Tech Global, I play a dual role in advancing our mission to empower women in the tech industry. I oversee the strategic direction of WIT Hub, where I manage our flagship products, such as the Talent Hub and Mentorship Program, designed to connect women with career opportunities and mentorship support. My role also involves building strong relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and advocacy groups to create a thriving ecosystem that supports women’s growth in technology. In managing the WIT Talent Hub, I ensure we connect female talent with companies committed to fostering diversity, creating a recruitment platform that helps women excel in tech roles. The Mentorship Program, which I lead, pairs emerging professionals with experienced industry leaders, fostering meaningful relationships that promote leadership development and career progression. I am also deeply involved in providing access to education, as I believe it is a fundamental right and key to financial independence. I am currently working on building the Women in Tech Academy, an easy-to-use and accessible platform that offers educational resources to women globally. Additionally, I collaborate with partners to open educational centers in various African countries, empowering women through learning opportunities. With my background in digital marketing and multiple certifications, I utilize data analytics, content management, and communication strategies to drive results. I am passionate about collaboration and innovation, constantly seeking new opportunities to deliver value to our members and partners while driving revenue growth. Balancing these responsibilities with being a mom of twin toddlers, I bring strong multitasking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to going the extra mile. My trustworthy, fun, and energetic approach helps me foster productive teams and partnerships, all while advancing the mission of Women in Tech.
