About Wagner Salustiano

I’m a Senior / Lead QA Engineer who turns chaotic release cycles into predictable, data-driven pipelines.Over the last 10+ years, I’ve:• Built automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium across Web, API, and Mobile platforms.• Scaled CI/CD from nightly jobs to on-push pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and k6.• Mentored 15+ engineers into SDET roles several of whom went on to build their own automation frameworks from the ground up.• Reduced production defects by ~40% by embedding shift-left testing, performance gates, and observability into delivery pipelines.• Created autonomous QA agents in Python using LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG, often ideated with ChatGPT and pair-programmed in Cursor to catch spec and test gaps before code is merged.I’m fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, SQL, and AWS/GCP, and comfortable pairing with engineers to debug code, analyze failures, or optimize CI infrastructure.ISTQB CTFL + Scrum certified.
