With over 12 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, controlling, reporting, auditing, and taxation, I am a strategic finance professional who can deliver value to any organization. I hold a CPA, ACCA, and MBA degree from reputable institutions, and I have expertise in various ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAGE, MS Dynamics, and Power BI. As a former assistant manager at Imdaad Group, I led a team of eight FP & A executives and managed the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all the entities and subsidiaries of the group, with a consolidated turnover of more than AED 1 billion. I also performed financial analysis and MIS reporting every month to the management, identifying and explaining the high variance expenditures and the performance drivers. Previously, I headed the finance department of Tank It Diesel Fuel Trading LLC, a subsidiary of Al Ghurair Energy DMCC, where I handled the annual statutory audits, maintained a healthy relationship with the banks, prepared monthly MIS reports and presentations, and finalized quarterly reports for the executive committee/board. Before that, I was responsible for the financial operations of three major business units producing ready-mix concrete, blocks, interlocks, and workshops at Tech Group, where I developed annual budgets and financial forecasts, prepared monthly financial reporting packs, and performed variance analysis between the actual results and the budgeted targets.
