I'm an Exercise Coach. I help businesses, groups and private clients understand the health benefits of exercise. I work with the 50 Plus age group to improve their health and movement, with an aim to prevent lifestyle disease. As a business owner, your biggest asset is your workers. One of the benefits to any business is a Healthy workforce, so I give advice to businesses about ways to improve productivity. If workers are physically active then it becomes easier to carrying out their tasks. As the workforce gets older then they also need to work more efficiently, they bring experience, stability, are highly skilled with a strong work ethic. Being physically active benefits everyone by reducing stress and anxiety, helping with cognitive behaviour, feeling great and moving well.
