As a UX researcher with more than three years of experience, I specialize in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods to deliver user-centric insights that drive impactful design decisions. By managing participant recruitment in both English and Japanese, mitigating risks, and maintaining deliverable timelines, I enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
