UIProjects has a track record of over $1.4 billion worth of a wide variety of works including buildings, road, airports, bridges, water supply and sanitation, telecommunications infrastructure and facilities, electrical power generation and transmission/distribution, renewal energy (hydro and solar) and military installations. Recently managed all operations of $60 million projects backlog in Djibouti, Bahrain, Liberia, Tanzania and UAE, with the main focus on military installations and infrastructure with USAID and NAVFAC. Key Accomplishments- Tendered & won multi-million $’s worth of projects in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Bahrain, UAE, Lebanon & Kenya, including critical MATOCs - a challenging US government contracting vehicle- Executed expansion plan for the firm, including 3 subsidiaries with needed project staffing, facilities, & equipment to manage projects worth over $50 million- Managed the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a paint factory, diesel power generation facilities, incinerators, water treatment plants, and several types of wastewater treatment plants.
