I'm a Product Design Leader with over a decade of experience leading design for both in-house and consulting product teams across a diverse range of industries. My journey has taken me from visual design and marketing to product design and software development where I have been able to leverage my broad and extensive experience. Motivated and driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset, I'm am always looking to push the boundaries of solutions through design. Comfortable working on product strategy through to delivery, I use lean design and product practices to build outcome-focused digital solutions that are driven by a clear 'why', and create value for users and business.I believe in balancing high-quality design with speed, measuring the impact of my work, lean experiments, capturing user feedback early and often, just enough research and creating the right space for a team to thrive.
