As Director of the International Reporting Department at ALDI's Data & Analytics division, I am focused on transforming ALDI into a data-driven retailer. I bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that both areas are fully aligned to maximize outcomes. With a passion for digitization and a keen understanding of retail, I lead initiatives that synchronize operational needs with cutting-edge data solutions. My journey with ALDI began in 2009, progressing from a working student to overseeing multiple stores across Germany and during a two-year stint in Chicago. After returning to Germany, I led an international project focused on digitizing ALDI's Real Estate division by implementing software solutions and adapting the operational models, IT infrastructure, and processes. In January 2023, I took on the role of Head of the Management Office and Portfolio at ALDI Data & Analytics, where I drove data initiatives that enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency. Now, as I lead the International Reporting Department, I am excited to contribute to ALDI’s transformation into a data-first organization. With a proven track record in retail, international project management, and data analytics, I thrive on aligning business strategy with technology to drive continuous growth.
