My expertise also includes QRC (Quick Response Center) duties focused on pumps and mechanical seals, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Key areas of expertise include: Responsibilities in Production Preparation and Technical Support: • Collecting and selecting technical product documentation for various repair tasks. • Registering repair orders in designated ERP systems and creating detailed work packages, including technical documentation (drawings, bill of materials, measurement protocols) and chemical risk assessments. • Transferring complete work packages to the workshop with clear task descriptions. • Providing support to the workshop with technical and organizational issues related to repair assignments. • Reviewing inspection reports and preparing appropriate repair recommendations. • Preparing machining operations and welding work on components. • Collaborating with various operational departments regarding production planning and execution. • Requesting pump components from stock on behalf of customers. • Reviewing and ordering quotations for pump parts and repair services from suppliers. • Supplying the shipping department with packaging and transport instructions for outgoing goods. • Coordinating transport for both incoming and outgoing goods to and from suppliers/customers. • Monitoring planning and progress of all ongoing tasks. • Taking ownership of continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. Previous Experience: • Hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, V-belts, and chain drives. • Couplings, lubrication systems, gearboxes, valves, and bearings. • Centrifugal pumps (mechanical and magnetic), between bearing pumps, positive displacement pumps, vacuum pumps etc, and brake systems. • Mechanical seals and QRC operations for above named pumps. • PLCs, relays, and single- and three-phase electrical systems.
