Liaising with various embassies in Kuwait and renowned international firms to create partnerships and “MOU’s” in the best interest of KISR towards the strategic vision of the country. Part of a High-level Governmental Panel to assess the technical, contractual, and legal agreement between the Ministry of Defense (MOD) and Airbus (France) for the purchase of 28 Caracal Helicopters. Over the past years was involved in multiple managerial positions in executing numerous projects in Kuwait related to Environmental Conservation, Renewable Energy & Management in line with the Kuwait Environment Protection Authority (KEPA) and other global international standards. These projects include Shagaya Wind Renewable Energy Project, Kuwait Environment Remediation Program (KERP)(The largest environmental Remediation Project to date), Boubyan Island Environmental Assessment and Preparation of Master Plan, Development of a Decision Support Tool for the Terrestrial Biodiversity of Kuwait in Collaboration with MIT university, and several other projects. Author / Co-author of 5 books and about 40 research papers on various aspects of Kuwait Environment. Awarded 2011 Outstanding Paper Award for the paper :"Biodiversity and Climate Change in Kuwait" in the International Journal of Climate change Strategies and Management, UK, ISSN 1756-8692, Vol (2):Number (1) 2010.
