I’ve presented to executive committees and boards, led crisis management efforts, and overseen risk reviews that directly inform strategic decision-making. My career spans leadership roles at BDC and SNC-Lavalin, where I’ve built and scaled risk programs, led regulatory readiness initiatives, and harmonized compliance frameworks across jurisdictions. I bring deep knowledge of OSFI guidelines (E-21, B-10, B-13, B-15) and internal controls — with a track record of translating complex risk into actionable insight. This proven approach was built in my earlier years as an external auditor at PwC, which laid a robust foundation for forward and critical thinking.
