With over 14 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector, I currently serve as Franchise Area Supervisor East at Ooredoo Algeria, where I lead a network of franchise partners (AAO & CSO) across multiple wilayas, ensuring operational excellence, performance growth, and innovation in customer experience.Alongside my corporate career, I hold multiple academic degrees including a Master’s in Big Data Management & Analysis, a Master’s in Networks & IT Security, a Master’s in Knowledge Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing. My academic journey culminated in developing ArmorHR, a predictive HR analytics platform leveraging AI, Big Data, and advanced visualizations, which I presented in startup competitions and incubation programs.I have also contributed to international research, notably as co-author of an conference paper on blockchain and smart contracts for certificate management (AFROS 2024).My areas of expertise include: Big Data, Machine Learning, HR Analytics, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Django, and AI-driven predictive systems.Driven by innovation, leadership, and impact, I aim to bridge technology, business, and human capital to create sustainable growth and digital transformation solutions.
