About Wallace Chase

Passionate about technology enabling scientific research, education and societal benefit. I am an IT professional that has worked to successfully blend traditional enterprise IT practices with cutting edge research and teaching enabling support and innovation. With a people focused approach to leadership, I strive to build high preforming innovative teams confidently working towards common goals. Spending most of my work in large, complex organizations in leadership has allowed me the honor to work with some of the best and brightest. Over the last few years the majority of my roles have been delivering large scale digital change/transformation programmes focused on positive outcomes for the institution and the staff. I am active in the broader research networking and engineering community; presenting at conferences such as the Internet2 Global Summit, eResearchNZ, PacketPushers podcast, NANOG, APAN, and many more.
