PROFILE As an accomplished disability support worker, I offer established evidence based and person centred practice, with experience working with leading disability support providers. I am dedicated to inclusive care supporting in-need and vulnerable clients across various services and programs. My scope of experience also includes working privately for clients, and am highly familiar with the NDIS and relevant obligations within the service framework. I am experienced in managing and supporting clients of diverse backgrounds and assisting a multidisciplinary team in providing holistic care. Values As a devoted Christian, I offer strong values and a focus on delivering a service within an organisation that aligns with my values of compassion, empathy and faith. I am committed to contributing to my community and am a founder of Royal Scholars league Trust, a not-for-profit organisation that provides scholarships and empowers students to be leaders and better people in society. Further to my professional experience, I am a student Pastor at Victory Life international bible training centre. As a devout believer, I am a Christian who is passionate about my faith, a man of integrity, and whole-heartedly believes in being a generous giver (sharing what he has with the poor and less privileged.
