About Wally Goulet

I am a former Trial Attorney who has lead major business developments and property acquisitions in various industries including the Electric, Telecommunications and Software Industries. I have also represented municipal, civic, church and professional groups. I have been Involved with public policy development throughout career. I retired in 2015 from serving as chief risk manager for 1300+ employee software organization that creates and installs enterprise software for over 750 Electric and Telecommunication companies in 50 States and Canada. In 2015 I co-authored the book entitled 'Wired Differently', describing the cooperative business model, culture and servant leadership and sold on Amazon. Since 2016 I have enjoyed serving as an online teaching assistant for the Center for Action and Contemplation serving over students in that time. I enjoyed working two days a week as a team leader for Habitat for Humanity in West Phoenix region. In 2017-18 I was cajoled out of retirement to assist the development of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, ND. I have since returned to a couple of writing projects involving theology and shared values. I also had the privilege of co-chairing a successful election campaign for a Supreme Court Justice in North Dakota in 2018. Among other activities I am an alumnus of the Living School of CAC. class of 2020 and am serving the CAC Board of Directors and serve as Vice- Chairperson. I also serve as the co-chair of the Olmstead Commission in ND that deal with helping people with disabilities live in their least restrictive environment. I am also a partner in the consulting firm of Yellowstone Strategies. My goals center around being a servant leader who makes a difference in helping good organizations become great. I enjoy using my legal background, negotiation, public relations and counselling skills to help others reach their full potential. I am striving to be my best True Self in relationship to God, my wife, family and community.
