I am a seasoned global executive with 20 years of diverse management experience across various functions and geographic locations. I have a proven track record in managing large functions, understanding complex value chains, and delivering value through transformation initiatives and asset turnarounds. I excel in enhancing process efficiency, leveraging technology and innovative thinking. Currently, I serve as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and executive director for Sasol Limited, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. I oversee financial controlling, capital investment, corporate finance, transformation, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, planning, and optimization across the Group. Sasol Ltd is listed on both the Johannesburg and New York Stock Exchanges, generates revenue of approximately R275 billion per annum, and has an enterprise value of around R186 billion. Previously, I was the CFO for the Southern Africa and Chemicals divisions of Sasol Ltd. I have also held management positions in the USA and Germany, covering functions such as Finance, Information Management, and Planning & Optimization. I currently sit on the global executive committee within Sasol and the board of directors for several Sasol companies, including Sasol Ltd and the Sasol Pension Fund. I have previously served on the boards of companies across Africa and Asia within the Sasol Group. Before joining Sasol, I worked at Deloitte & Touché in both South Africa and the USA. I am passionate about working with people, have a bias for action, and am committed to delivering success.
