I am a passionate and results driven Learning Specialist who combines experience from a traditional education role, instructional design, and excellent communication skills to the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning modules and learner development. My experiences in developing learners and culture, along with an unmatched work ethic empower me to increase the effectiveness of learners at all levels. My career path has taken me through all levels of learner development (K-12, Higher Ed, and Workforce Training) which empowers me to connect with all levels of learner and develop/implement strategic learning based solutions to facilitate organizational growth and effectiveness. My goal is to develop myself into an effective candidate for a Chief Learning Officer type role.
