With over 5 years of experience in leading environmental services operations in various settings, I am a passionate and skilled Regional Director of Environmental Services who oversees 10 healthcare facilities with over 160 employees who report directly to me. I oversee the housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and landscaping functions ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for the residents/patients and staff. I leverage my analytical and interpersonal skills to manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and teams, as well as to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and partners. I am committed to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of the healthcare population, and to supporting the mission and vision of the healthcare community. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the environmental services field, having worked in numerous healthcare facilities such as hospitals, skilled nursing assisted living communities as well as hospitality where I held the title of Director of Housekeeping at Great Wolf Lodge. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and collaborate with others to achieve excellence in environmental services.
