Throughout my exciting career at Unilever, BBDO, 18 years at Heineken NV, and Stage Entertainment I've worked in different senior roles on different continents (Europe, Africa, Asia). In total I have 30 yrs of managerial, commercial and (supervisory) Board experience in global and local operating companies in developed and developing markets. At Heineken NV, global P&L responsibility of two strategic growth Categories. From April 2021 to December 2024 I was Managing Director Netherlands and Executive Committee member at Stage Entertainment. Since January 2025 I am Managing Director and Board Member of Nolet Holding BV, also known for its famous Ketel One Vodka brand. Key expertise: People leadership, Revenue / Profit Optimization, Commerce,(Global) Branding, Customer Experience, Innovation, Portfolio Management, Digital transition, Team and Talent Management, Stakeholder Management. Focus on end2end consumer experiences and overall value creation based on defining key priorities, setting clear expectations and execution - together with a diverse team of people with different expertise and backgrounds. Additionally, I serve as Supervisory Board Member, Former Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and currently Member of the Audit committee of the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC). In my personal life I'm blessed with my lovely wife and two beautiful daughters who were raised in Amsterdam, Ireland and Africa. Any free time I spent with them. As an ex-athlete for the Dutch National Field Hockey Team - sports is a big passion point as well as live entertainment. Additionally I travel (if possible) to experience and visit vastly different cultures in fascinating countries.
