Due to the merging of AXA and XL, the AXA Matrix Board that I served on is being dissolved. This provides an opportunity to consider other retirement alternatives. As an Independent Consultant, I will be available for select asset risk management projects as well as security risk audits. I will consider assignments where I have risk engineering and/ or security expertise and where I can make a positive impact.2017 – Board of Directors of AXA MATRIX Risk Consultants: I continue to support the company’s operational and leadership goals on a part time basis. We strive for excellence by assisting our clients regarding sustainable uninterrupted production operations and avoiding and/ or minimizing the loss or damage to assets. We are interested in adding new business made up of clients with a high regard for risk management and the need for advanced risk engineering services. 2013 - CEO of AXA MATRIX Risk Consultants (US operations): Responsible for company management and the delivery of quality risk engineering services to global clients. Additional opportunities include a consulting workload for the world’s largest steel company and several board memberships. Retired in 2013, but continued with risk survey work.1990s - Senior Vice President of Mead Loss Control (MLC), an affiliate of Mead Corporation (pulp and paper): Responsible for company management and the delivery of quality risk engineering services to parent company and unbundled clients. Spearheaded the acquisition of the engineering business from Mead Corporation in 1995 and the formation of Matrix Risk Consultants.1980s - Vice President of MLC: Responsible for delivering quality service to the parent company and The Wrenford Insurance Company (a jointly held, Bermuda based property captive).1972 – Corporate Loss Control Engineer within the Risk Management Department of The Mead Corporation: 1968 – Loss Control Engineer for Factory Insurance Association in Nashville Tennessee.
